Today, in Early Years we had a very special delivery! We had to hatch a plan to care for the eggs and all watched with egg-citement as they were placed in an incubator. We learned that an incubator helps to keep the eggs warm and needs to be 37.7 degrees. We are all looking forward to caring for the eggs.

We made predictions about which eggs would hatch first. We egg-splored the different ways we could decide and weighed the eggs. To remember which egg was which we labelled them all with a number. It was eggs-traodinary to see that the lightest egg was 50g and the heaviest egg weighed 62g.
